Which social platforms do you work on?
Most of my experience lies with Instagram, but I can also create a strategy for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. If you have another platform that needs growing, let me know as I can usually recommend another social media manager with experience in this area.
What will I get by working with you?
Put simply, I will create a clear and comprehensive content calendar, incorporating all of the social media channels you would like to grow. I do extensive research to match your brand tone of voice, and create posts tailored to your audience and the particular messaging you would like to share. We can discuss and go back and forth as many times as you need to get the content looking exactly right for your channels. Once it's confirmed, I use a social media scheduling tool to schedule content in advance, so you're always ahead of your campaigns.
Do you offer community management?
Got an active Facebook Group or a busy IG comment section? If you need someone to answer messages and engage with your audience, I can help with this too. Get in touch to tell me a little about your community and we can discuss your needs.
Do I have to hand over all my passwords?
Absolutely not. You can give me as much or as little access as you like. I am happy to either post on your behalf, or hand over the content to you for posting in your own time.
