Happy Clients

I’ve worked with everyone from authors to startups to award-winning luxury businesses, helping them ensure their words are always as accurate and professional as possible. Below you will find a case study from one client who used me to proofread his latest book.

I worked with Caitlin during my latest book, "Things You Won't Believe About Music". She is a consignment professional and extremely detailed in her approach. She made the proofing process extremely easy and gave excellent feedback in every area. This gave me huge confidence in knowing the product I am promoting has been taken to the next level. I strongly recommend Caitlin for anyone undertaking a project similar to mine.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of editing do you offer?

I can offer basic developmental editing, line and copy editing, and proofreading for any type of project. If you're not sure which one you need, we can chat and find out.

How do you charge for editing?

I charge per word, and we can discuss the best way to make your project editing as cost-effective as possible.

How do you share suggestions?

The simplest method I have found is Google Docs. We'll create a shared document and I can either edit as I go, or add comments. Whatever you prefer.

Do you guarantee no errors?

I wish I could, but although my eagle eyes are pretty darn good at spotting any mistakes in your work, it would be irresponsible of me to claim that I can catch every single one. So let's just say, no I don't guarantee it, but I'd be very, very surprised if anything slipped through!

Watch out, spelling errors...

It's tough to find spelling and grammar mistakes when you've already read a piece of work a hundred times. I can provide a fresh pair of eyes and weed out anything you might have missed.
